I beat Sonic Battle without knowing you could change Emerls moves as a kid.
Beating all the Hotdog missions in Eggmanland on Sonic Unleashed PS3/360 Ver. It doesn't sound like much, but when you realize that Hotdog missions are 9 missions per stage, Eggmanland takes like 20-30 minutes to beat each play through. If you die once, the mission is over. Cheap deaths, Quick time events that equals death if you fail, Werehog, etc, etc. Those were the best 10 gamerscore I've ever earned.

stealth is my favorite genre because it was basically made for this
my favorites include a sniper-only (no alerts) run of blood money and a path of silence run in mark of the ninja

it's been a while.
Not sure if this counts but I always made it a point to destroy every phantom in Halo 3. I did some crazy things to destroy some of them like grenade jumping and going OOB. I think there are a few where it actually is impossible though.

I did Mirror's Edge without guns or bullet time, without realizing you could even use bullet time. It's not that hard of a game or anything, but it's fun.
I've also done every NES Mario warpless without continuing except SMB2(JP), which I haven't played in a really long time. I still need to get around to it.
