There are multiple likely reasons for that.
a) Women tend to avoid using their mics because they get neckbeards fawning over them / harassing them
b) Women tend to avoid openly talking about video games in public
c) Not every single woman who plays video games has an incredibly obvious username, profile picture or avatar that gives away their gender
