Listen fags.

I want to destroy my pc, but I don't want to make it obvious that I destroyed it. What's a good way to destroy it without letting any1 know that a human did it?

I was thinking about doing something to the motherboard but I don't know what I should do exactly.

Why?
>>
Remove cmos battery
>>
>>322252657
It's obviously not his PC.

Best way to do it is to pick it up and drop it.
>>
I dunno man that sounds too suspicious I can't help you
>>
just give the computer back jamal
>>
how destroyed do you want it?

You could run a magnet over the harddrive and it would cease to work.
>>
Did you try turning it on and off?
>>
stick a pencil or something into the cpu coolers fan and then turn it in the opposite direction while it's running?
>>
put it in the microwave for 5 minutes
>>
steal the harddrive
>>
>>322252354

You mix bleach and drain-o together and then drink it.
>>
Set it on fire, claim it had a Nvidia GPU
Alternatively, make a thread actually related to videogames
>>
pour water on it while its on. be sure to keep your hand on whatever you are watering or else it wont work (for obvious reasons)
>>
>>322252354
magnet through hd
small electric currents in any board, you can destroy your pc with only stactic electricity
stop the coolers, let the pc fry
>>
>>322252354
Give it back Tyrone.
>>
best way to do it is to kill yourself

plug it to the power outlet and then plug it on the computer
>>
Best choice is simply to tell the PC that you're going to get it upgraded.
Put it in your car. The passenger seat is okay, but make sure it can't see out the windows.
Then drive to a remote forest, let the PC out the door and drive away.

Remember to keep driving - a PC can run much faster than a console.

Pretty much this.

Take the hard drive. Release it from its cage while its working and then hit it until it fails. It shouldn't take much strength, they really are kinda fragile

Say you dropped the case while transporting it or doing maintenance.

Quite believable

change the psu voltage while it's plugged in

you have to get to it from the inside though, so you should take apart the power supply while the computer is running

you need a magnetic screw driver, or just any old philips head will do

you have to find the part where the power cable is running to, and that's the power supply

what you do is you unscrew the safety shrouds (don't worry, these are only useful when there's a large amount of power running through the computer, and if it's a home pc that's impossible)

next you have to touch your screwdriver to the parts to see which one turns the computer off

when you find one that works, well you'll know

enjoy OP, perfect way to ruin your school's computers when you go back after summer holidays

pick yer poison

get a butane lighter and heat up a capacitor until it ruptures, ruptured capacitors are a naturally occurring fail state for hardware

Either that or he is a 12 year old who wants his parents to boy him a new PC.
>>
>>322252354

Open the word processor and write nasty things about the pc until it kills itself out of self loathing

Floppy killer should have been a picture of a CD
>>
>>322253124
It would overheat and turn off. No damage.

Strip the rubber off one of the internal power wires and just wait. It'll rip off or cause a fire eventually.
