It's a shame modern gaymers are afraid of blood or something. It would be nice if more games had bleeding enemies, it's not just grafics, it adds to gameplay. If I shoot someone and I can track them down following the blood trail that's FUN for me.

In Dino Crisis, the case is reversed.
Dinos follow your blood track if you are bleeding and open doors to follow you, also enemies respawn in certain areas.
