There is no source. NIS even said a Vita port is unlikely because of the larger maps and higher unit counts that Disgaea 5 has. They also said that they're not actively against porting it, and haven't ruled out porting it to something like a Vita successor, but that even if they do something like that it's not something they're considering just yet.
And if it's anything like the series traditionally, the portable versions come a good three years after the original release.
The fact I have to say this despite it being reported fully just because people actively attempt to misinform people here is really fucking depressing.

What other reason than exclusives is there to buy consoles? It's not like any of them have any compelling hardware features that games make use of. If you don't want to play console exclusives, just play on PC.
I guess consoles may also be an option if you want to spend the absolutely minimal amount and still have the option to play modern games, though over time you'll be paying more for games and online tax. It's not like you're getting a crazy deal either, you may spend less up front but the experience is also correspondingly worse.

It's own merits? Ok.
The console itself has a sleek design. If the way it will look in your living is important to you, don't worry. It will definitely look like it belongs.
The controller feels good in your hands. It may take a little getting used to if you're more used to to Dual Shocks of the past, but you'll manage just fine. You'll only have trouble with the controller if you dislike having both thumbsticks on the bottom in general.
The most important part of the console though, is the library. The device is nothing without the media. Thankfully, the PS4 DOES have a great library. It'll definitely be your console of choice if the majority of your favorite games (or genres) were developed by japanese devs. Western support is limited to mostly multiplatform games.
PSN+ is also a great deal, so there's that. And Twitch streaming is a cinch too.
