She doesn't have the face or body type for Ciri.
She doesn't have the actress personality.
She has never successfully delivered a role even remotely similar to Ciri's character.
It needs to be an actress who is tall, has an athletic build, harder facial structure, and probably somewhat young and semi-unknown to deliver that finding-yourself/coming-of-age arc that defines Ciri. That blend of teenager attitude with a dash of loneliness and loss.
There's no such thing as "too short" in Hollywood.
