I don't understand why anybody would buy older games on steam, in most cases you're not supporting the devs and just giving the shitty publishers the cash that killed them or the dev isn't the same at all (like bioware)

I had some trouble getting pirated KOTORs to work on my PC, so I bought them.
Should I buy Civ V even though I've already pirated it? I guess i'd be doing it for multiplayer and to more easily download mods from the steam workshop

By buying KOTOR II you support EA
By buying Battlefront II you won't support the devs beacuse studio died, dunno who will you actually give money to.
Also, there is no reason to buy the battlefront 2, both pandemic studios and official servers are dead so it's just waste of money.
