That doesn't matter though. You can talk to house and are still able to side with any other major factions. Only after a couple missions in are you permanently tied to the faction you choose (with the exception of always being able to go Yes-man)

Nope. This game feels pretty stiff. People here overblow it way out of proportion and try to make it seem like some gift from god itself to manking but that is just general illiteracy and underage syndrome.

It has terrible replayability for an open world game. Mods don't help much.

Engine limitations, it's too poorly optimized to handle large amounts of NPC's on-screen at one time. It's not impossible, it's just really fucking bloated and hogs too many resources. The average PC wouldn't handle it, and especially not consoles.
