Halo wars was decent but lacked a lot of basic functions like group sorting and whatnot. Its mainly the damn gamepad which cripples the experience, and makes you wish you were using a kb+m instead
The Wii U would be a good choice thanks to the touch screen, I'm really surprised Nintendo hasn't made any efforts to get a developer to make one on it as it would actually utulize it instead of being a gimmick or second screen.

Steam controller is the only you can play those games without being shit. Steam controller potentially has the ability to be better than keyboard simply for distance reach locations. Not having to move your hand as far to reach the 90-= hot keys for control groups.
Everyone shits on the steam controller but its literally on par with keyboard and mouse just no one wants to get used to a different input even if it potentially is better than what they are used to.
Mouse and keyboard people shit on standard console controllers, yet think they are better than steam controllers lmfao. It's so ironic and hilarious how fucking wrong they are.
