I really liked TLS. It was a pain in the ass to emulate but it run well after the overclock and looked pretty awesome.

Well, at least this has the benefit of the original running like shit in Dolphin, so there's a reason to play the downgraded version.
You know, this could potentially come out a lot better looking than Xenoblade 3D. The environments were much smaller and less detailed in TLS. Characters didn't have near as many optional armors and weapons, and it was a much shorter game in all aspects.
I think that original company did a fantastic job with the Xenoblade port (those load times were amazing), but I'd like to see if they could make this look better. TLS on Wii always looked kinda fuzzy to me.

I wouldn't go that far but it's definitely a great game. I loved the dungeons (especially the final two) and bosses and genuinely felt bad for Elena. It also looked pretty damn good for a Wii game and had great music. Unfortunately my experience was soured somewhat by a bug during the final dungeons that made progress impossible, so I had to start over and play through everything again. It was worth it though.

Pandora's Tower is a Zelda game without the overworld. That alone should say a lot about its quality.
Meanwhile Xenoblade fucks up too much by having WAY too many enemies that can only be killed under very specific conditions (toppling mechon, the telethia) and has a bunch of random fetchquests that add barely anything to the world despite it having a fucking amazing world. Xenoblade is a wannabe shonen Final Fantasy XII without any of what made FFXII good in it.

Every 3D Zelda game is one of the greatest games of all time.
What made Pandora's Tower great is the slow and mostly quiet classical music setting the mood in each dungeons, with each of the dungeons being elaborately designed and filled with puzzles and exploration that forced the player to figure out what to do and where to go next within a dungeon to find the next piece of the puzzle. Sometimes it involved experimentation in gameplay, utilizing interesting and unique ways to use the chain to get from one place to another/meet your end goals (such as in combat). The bosses of each dungeon had their own gimmick on how to beat them that fit the theme of the dungeon, just like Zelda, and all of these make for fantastic level design. It had great gameplay, level design, and atmosphere, and that's where it counted for the game.

If you want games with boss puzzles you can go a lot better than Pandoras Tower. Meaning the game has no redeemable features, and I wouldn't say that. I think that the girl and her possible fates are the only things that make the game remarkable.

So much shit taste in this thread. Pandora's Tower was excellent, and Elena was definitely one of the good parts about it. Last Story and Xenoblade were also good, though Xenoblade was overrated by quite a bit. Also Wind Waker us the worst 3D Zelda. Boring dungeons, a complete lack of difficulty, a terrible overworld even worse than Skyward Sword's, and tons of padding. The only thing it had going for it was the graphics.

Like, I think only Shulk actually found out what game he was voicing for because he really enjoyed doing Shulk, and met with Fiora for the romantic scenes.
