Does Rising Tide make Beyond Earth worth to play now? I still don't expect it to be as good as Alpha Centauri but that's OK.
wondering this as well
What does Rising Tide add and change?

from the wiki

meh
It's alright, a lot better than it was. They changed quit a bit, and released a few patches changing even more after it was released. It's not as good as other Civ games but if you're bored of civ5 it's the next closest thing.

really depends, if you played civ5 with all expansions loads then rising tide wont fix it for you.
if you didnt then you will probs have fun with it.

Should I just play Alpha Centauri then? I like it apart from Needlejets being OP
>>321913359
I bought both and desperately wanted to like both.
They're not good.
Is it true the water cities don't increase their borders in exchange of being able to simply move?
>>321913359
In my opinion, no.
However, it does make it better.

Wait for 1 or 2 more expansions.
