Yes if a bigger majority gave a shit about hand helds.
With handhelds the market will eventually splinter off into mobile completely due to advancements in micro processors for cell phones.
In short your phone soon one day will shit all over any hand held capabilities and emulation via android,ios,linux,windows phones will be more possible and easier to do. It's inevitable to fight it also since tablets and phones are taking a huge leap in processing power now.
