Project CARS is absolute dogshit, by far the worst racing game I've ever played in my life. It's a simcade but a really bad one and the developers and fanboys think it's a legitimate simulator. They're that fucking delusional. It doesn't have laser scanned tracks, it has shitty unrealistic car handling. At least if you wanna play a arcade simulator GT and Forza are good and fun, if not there's god tier simulators like Assetto Corsa, rFactor 1/2 and iRacing.

Basically MS is more pro pc than sony. You should be supporting them. Sony just tries to convince japanese devs to block steam and releases on pc but jap devs go on and release anyways to experiment and have met some success.

I've heard "every other Forza is good." And also that later GTs are substandard. I don't play racing games, so I want to know how that's possible. When you have a racing series, don't you basically have most of your work done for you from the previous game, and thus all you need to do is iterate on that? Sports games are generally of the same quality year after year, they might add some dumb shit but it isn't forced. Fighting games rarely take away fighters unless it's a deliberate decision to strip away a bloated cast. So what do racing games do to fuck up entries? Somehow have less cars/tracks? Ruin the physics? Just be glitchy/unfinished?
