While I appreciate the general consensus that the gameplay is improved, stuff like this and the amie really isn't my cup of tea along with the children mechanic supposedly being back for no real reason. I'd have to see their ideas for the next installment/future of the series before I make the decision to invest more of my time into. Going by the 25th anniversary interviews they seem a little bit stuck in various areas of what they want to do and how to accomplish it.
