I don't get why people love Piranha Bytes so much.
I've played Gothic 3, Risen and Risen 2 and they are all fucking awful games but for some reason there's some diehard fans out there that are adamant that not only do they not suck, they are awesome. I've even see these retards compare the combat in these games to Dark Souls which is just a mindblowing level of delusion.
I gave Gothic 2 a shot too after seeing enough people claim it's way better than the others but I just saw the same shitty gameplay that is in their other games and dropped it after only a few hours.
No wonder Bethesda is at the top when this is the caliber of open world RPG competition.

I honestly cannot fathom how anyone could ever claim it good, early access shit on Steam plays better than anything Piranha Bytes has produced. I think the only reason this company hasn't gone out of business yet is that they are sustained purely by nationalistic Germans throwing money and praise at them.
