How the fuck do I unlock full dismemberment? .ini files don't work, fucking around in the console doesn't work. All I keep getting is that it's write-protected. Is the fact that I'mon a mac[\spoiler] throwing any wrenches in this?

I think. Even then it doesn't guarantee a dismemberment every single time you hit an enemy
