Outside of Fire Emblem Fates, are there any good games coming to 3DS in 2016?
Not sure about your definition of 'good', but I'm looking forward to Bravely Second, Dragon Quest VII and VIII, and Hyrule Warriors Legends. As well as FE:Fates.

Yeah, but again that depends on what you think is 'good'. I have several 3DS titles with over 100 hours on them, disregarding Pokemon X (since I used it to shiny breed, so it's got 300+ hours), games like EO, FE:A, MH3U/4U, and Fantasy Life provide enough fun, challenge, and/or content to keep playing them.

See the thing about FFE for me is that at first I thought it was Monster Hunter-esque as well, but the videos I see of it makes it seem like it plays more like an MMO/party fits a defined role.
Sorta like a Borderlands set-up where you can succeed with every character, but it's clear that one class is a tank, one is a healer, etc. etc.

Not exactly an SMT thread but I might as well ask. I'm currently playing SMTIV on the 3DS (my first SMT) and I'm really enjoying it so far. Which one is the series' best game? I've heard Nocturne mentioned a lot so I thought about emulating that once I'm done with IV.
Do you Bravely Defaultfags use the friend function on this game? Do you use the abilink shit?
I have no friends with 3ds and I feel like I will miss out on a quarter of the game because of that fact alone :(

Friend attacks are gay as they break the game really hard early on. Dont use them.
And for the village shit, you can build it all up by playing solo.
There's also a trick for the demo version that allows you to multiply the villagers which you then get to transfer into the main game.

Yeah, my buddy only picked his New 3DS up a couple of months ago. Prior to that, I had ignored multiplayer games too. Since then we both have picked up Tri Force Heroes and Mario Kart 7 and had a blast plast over the internet. We also had some intense local duels at Starfox 64. I wish more of my friends would give the 3DS a chance. Four player Starfox battles would be awesome.

Next year will have FE:F, Final Fantasy Explorers, M&L: Paper Jam, SMTIV Final, and whatever else. Also Metroid Prime: Federation Force, which should be interesting in its own controversial way
