Other thread was deleted so how about those classic Xbox games? I wish I had a way to play this still, I barely scratched the surface before moving onto another game but what I saw was brilliant.
I would have bought an Xbone just for the remake. That's how much I loved this game.

Second for KUF. In my top 10 for depth, polish, innovation and fun.
When you've set up your start for the battle and your forces have engaged you fight as the basically god level commander throwing combos and wiping out 8 shiny warriors with a single blow.

I wonder what happened to this series? It was flawed but still very enjoyable.

I tried the sequel but it didn't grab me the same way. If I remember it felt a bit unfocused because gameplay was split between Blinx and some pigs. Though the controls were markedly improved.

That's unfortunate. I was hoping that it would keep being it's own unique story. The final boss would be some named Nazgul, Orc general, or evil beast that became your arch-nemesis at some point. You'd still be helping the fellowship, just off to the sides.
