I bought HL anthology, I have now completed every game in the pack but I still want more. So is Black Mesa worth the buying, at a discount? Even if I have completed HL1 recently?
It's only good as to revisit Half-Life. It's also missing Xen, so factually it's incomplete.

I couldn't care less about Xen, that level almost gave me a headache. Also "worth the buy"*** Sorry about that.
As someone who loves Half-Life (but hadn't played it in almost a decade) it was excellent, though largely fueled by nostalgia. I don't know if playing it so soon will do it for you, just ask yourself how much would you be willing to pay to replay HL1 with prettier graphics I guess.
Anyways, if you want more, find a HL buddy and play the co-op Decay port.
Well it has multiplayer and has really cool graphics.

Well, I can't see me replaying old HL1, and I was asking because it's on offer now for like half the price.
It's an incomplete half-life with better graphics.

This isn't the last sale ever. It'll get discounted again someday, you don't have to buy it right now if you don't intend to play it right now.

Well, if I buy it now I'll probably play it right now. To be honest, I didn't catch much of what was going on in HL1 due to the crap audio. This has re-worked audio right?

Re-recorded dialog? Yes, and subtitles/closed captions too if you're hard of hearing.

Didn't it use to be free?

Yes.
On the website.

It would be a near perfect remake if it were complete.

BM is literally still in Early Access. Don't buy it yet.
>all this casual bitching about Xen
