Stock items don't have wear because they're not skins. Skins that are added to the game have a "slot" which is a number given to each weapon in the game, then they have a pattern id for the type of skin and float for amount of scratches visible. You are asking how stock items wear but that's impossible because stock items aren't listed as a pattern. Now fuck off you idiot.
