Analog sticks on the 360 controller were less-than-perfect. None of them ever snapped perfectly back into place, most had a slight awkward tilt, which only got worse after hundreds of hours of use. Also, the plastic coating on the sticks would easily get worn out and even be prone to breaking off. The triggers would eventually have that annoying ass squeak like the Dreamcast controllers.
Ergonomically the 360 controllers were amazing, but they weren't without faults. The Bone controller pretty much fixes everything the 360 controllers had wrong with them.

1. I bought into the Razer Naga meme big time. I actually like it unironically. G700 is my everyday mice cause I like scrolling through hundreds of column with that scroll wheel.

3. Steam controller's trackpad is the nicest to date. the Triggers are all right, the shoulder bumpers are rubbish, the feel is cheap. The remapping program is good, but you need Big Picture mode to get full use out of it. If only it doesn't feel so cheap.

I just upgraded from a 360 controller to an xbone controller myself, it definitely feels better and i like it a lot, but the bumper buttons feel kinda shitty to me. Everything else feels nicer except the bumper buttons.
The bumpers on my 360 pushed down so easily, i barely had to apply pressure so it was great, especially since i'm currently playing lightning returns where the bumper buttons are important, it was very smooth. Xbone bumpers feel really stiff though and my fingers usually are placed at the end of them near the xbone button and it seems like they can't really be pressed down from there, you have to be more towards the middle of the button. This could just be a case of the controller being brand new and needing to be used and broken in to feel less stiff, but idk.

Steam's big picture for the gabencontroller is a killer. I am waiting for a standalone thing such as Xpadder to emerge. You know what? Yes on a few counts. It's likely to become easily adapted to the Linux world for one since Steam OS is just a highly locked down linux spawn.
This Elite controller won't let you remap those unique paddles to other keypresses, never mind macros. In fact, it won't let you remap any button to keypresses. The steam controller will happily bind to keypress, maybe even macro later on.
Elite controller -> CronusMax -> PS4
On the other hand, CronusMax can let you hook up the Elite controller to a PS4 with your two onboard preset profiles intact. It's hard to make Steam do the same.
(You must use X-AIM to make the Steam controller work on a PS4 or Xbone on the other hand, and you must have the PC right beside the console for this to work.

DS4 touch pad is piss-poor in comparison to Steam controller's touchpad implementation. The only shit that I can do with it is no better than just any ol' touchpad at best.
