Nope. All thats busted is people were shown the cached page of some other peoples account pages, containing address info and the last 4 digits of your CC maybe. Totally unable to make purchases with this or use this info for phishing beyond what you could do with a phonebook.

Literally not possible to buy things on steam right now. When you try to buy something it asks you to log in. When logging in was working it logged you into your account, now it's not working so you can't make any purchases at all, not even legitimate ones.

Because when buying was working when you went to make a purchase it asked you to log in. When you logged in it used a live page rather than a cached one, so it would log you into your own account with a new session. Therefor it wasn't possible to make purchases using the cached session valve was sending you when you went to your account info page.
