Kinda disappointed I didn't get X, but apparently it's crazy hard to find in stores now.
I'll probably just go out and buy it in a few weeks, hopefully there are more shipments of the game coming in soon

I got a Wii U bundled with Sm4sh and Splatoon. I didn't get XCX like I hoped, yet, but my parents basically are several months late getting me anything for my birthday and said they're giving me some stuff in a couple days so I'm holding out that it'll be there because there's only so much I can do with those games by myself.

I'm playing Shadowrun Dragonfall right now because my gaming PC and PS4 are a couple states away in my apartment. Gonna play Hong Kong next.

Didn't get any games but I did get flannel sheets and clothes so I'm fucking thrilled. I will freeze no more.
While I was visiting my family I played a lot of Midnight Club Los Angeles and it was pretty sweet. Same driving physics as the PS2 version just a much better designed city and customization options. Not sure giving the main character a voice and face was the right idea

just boughtundertaleso i'm making my way through that. i don't know much about it and don't really want to get spoiled on it, but i do know that there are different endings depending on whether you kill or are able to dodge combat, so i'm going with a pacifist run first, but i justkilled toriel by accident so i'm about to reload and attempt the fight again.

so far my grandma was the only one who sent me a gift. $20 that i'll probably spend on lunch or some cigarettes later in the week when i run out. I've been picking up a few games on the sale but i haven't got much yet (Just Undertale, Kingdoms of Amalur, and Skullgirls so far). I did buy myself a pair of boots for work tho as a gift to myself.

i killed the training dummy and that was about it. everything else has either been piss easy to spare or the methods you have to go through to spare them were vastly more entertaining than just fighting your way through them.

the only reason i killed Toriel was because i couldn't talk my way into sparing her, so i figured it would happen if i got her health low, but i got a critical strike at the wrong time and she went down faster than i wanted

Happened to me, too.You don't have to talk your way into sparing her. Just pick Mercy > Spare over and over again while dodging her attacks.
