2. spend $100 more dollars than you are comfortable with (don't cheap out, it bites you in the ass every time)

Either way, a 970 will run most games at 1080p 60 FPS at very high settings, some even completely maxed.

I have a MiniITX one from Asus and played Witcher 3 at 2560 x 1080 just fine.
