I'm going to live in complete isolation from the Internet for 3 months.
I'm going to have my PC.
What game should I play?

A bunch of emulators with isos, romhacks etc.
Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and 5, complete versions of both with HD mod for 3. Those will last you a long ass time.
Pokemon roms with GBA emulator and the Universal Randomizer.

Obviously it's down to personal taste. XCOM classic or the new one and whatever edition of Football Manager are my favorite offline games for eating time.

I'd grab an outdated edition to test the water. FM2012 is a decent choice and can be had for peanuts on some key resale sites.
Civ 5 with all expansions, civ 4 exp optional, age of wonders 3, endless legends, mount and blade, x3, evochron mercenary, torchlight 2 with synergies mod, reassembly, battleships forever. Xcom, all of them, ME series, ur quan masters, dark souls
