750 Ti is kind of underpowered and falls short of hitting 1080p 30fps in some games, 950 is the better budget choice right now.

The 980 is a completely different tier so of course it's better if you can save money and wait it out.

if you want best bang for your buck, get the 970.

DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT get the 980. it barely performs better than a 970 and costs $150-$200 more. if you are going to spend that much on a card, save up a little more and get the 980ti instead.

but if you are on somewhat of a budget, get a 970, OC it and you get same performance as the 980.
