That happened to me once on RO Darkest Hour.
Our commander WAS drunk. He was clearly drunk. He didn't have to admit to it on chat for us to know.
He kept crashing the jeep I was riding with him in as his radioman, and he was really hard to keep alive in general.
oh, and he kept calling down artillery in the wrong place, often on our guys more than the enemy.
