I've been going strong against them since they killed off Bullfrog, I was really hyped for DK3, the way they finished the studio off was just cruel.
Since then, I only pirate their vidya.

The Sims 4, despite being barebone as fuck and lacking a lot of essential content and features from the previous release, is a very fun game.
Spore was fun too, until you reached the RTS UNGA BUNGA gameplay.

I'm pretty fucking sure that a lot of great games are made there as demos/prototypes, yet are turn down by their retarded investors, or games that had huge potential but went shitty like Spore thanks to their retarded investors as well.

You don't seem to get it. That shitter did exactly what his company wants him to do. He deflected the problem as not being the fault of EA or Origin and being a result of normal server issues. When asked to talk to his manager he did not comply.
To a company that's ideal customer service. Most people fail to realize big companies can treat customers however they want so their customer service is usually more about diverting blame than solving problems. TWC is legendary for how they outsourced all their customer service so that they could never be held accountable for it.
