You don't need to. I only played LR and I was fine.
Had every main quest done by mid-Day 4, been getting burned out finishing off all the enemies, only other thing I've been doing is planting all the Greens daily.
Currently on Day 7, going into 8. May consider fighting the Aeronite once I've got a couple of the Day 8 garbs. Other than waiting for the final day, I think all I have left to do is open the highways and start seed farming for NG+

Anyone having serious framerate issues? It stutters and fluctuates between 60 and 45 and I cannot imagine why.
