It was inferior to 3, and mainly cobbled from re-used assets, but I don't think it stopped being fun and wacky.
I agree, they should have had nazi dinosaurs in at least one of the later games.

Because after 3 SNK went broke. 4 wasn't even made by them, 5 was a rushed mess. 6 and 7 were made by snkplaymore and by them they were already in the pachinko business. After SNK went broke it was never the same again.
