How do I get good at Tekken. I have tekken 5 DR and Tekken 6 on PSP, which I have been playing since 2 days although its mostly been button mashing.
So how do I really git gud. The resourses are overwhelming. Not sure where to start.

Tekken is a brutally difficult game to play. You're better off starting with pretty much any other fighting game.
If you really want to stick with Tekken then learn the basics, like mobility, when to block, and perfecting combos. Afterwards, you'll want to master shit like frame data and ambiguous cross ups. Then you'll start chipping away at the tip of the iceberg.
