Elric is an albino elven mage emperor who needs drugs to augment his weak physique and wields a soul-eating magical sword. He also doesn't have a great social life or is exactly known for being friendly. Geralt is an albino witcher (mutated human) who carries steel and silver swords, uses potions and oils to augment his senses or add in different abilities, and has quite an interesting social life with plenty of friends.
Other than being the White Wolf and being albino freaks they are not similar at all. Is it possible Sapkowski took inspiration from Elric's appearance? Possible, but Geralt's character has deviated so far from Elric you'd be a jealous Elric fanboy to claim he ripped him off fully.
