This. I only played about half of 3 and then sold it to a friend. How this series didn't die with the last game is beyond me honestly.

I'm a little intrigued about what they're going to do with the franchise. If it's a new style of game then I'll at least give it a pirate. If it's just a retread of the trilogy then I'll skip it. Humans only is a bad start.

The problem isn't that the games are feminist. It's that they aren't good. As long as the gameplay is stimulating and fun and, in the case of RPGs, the characters, story, and setting are engaging, nothing else really matters. Recent Bioware games don't do any of these things very well.

I'm cautiously optimistic. I've been playing the original trilogy again recently as well as Star Citizen and the combination of those two has made me hope for something good out of Andromeda. I really hope they let us explore more, and don't make the game so blocked off. I want to get in a "car" and explore the Citadel, or whatever this game's version of it is. I don't want to be locked into specific areas.
