FFXIV is better than WoW.
PoE is better than D3.
Any fucking mobile game is better than SC2 like Boom Beach.
Dota 2 is better than HotS.

WoW has shown that they rubberband numbers pretty hard, I think it's pretty much common sense that WoW doesn't have a lot of overheads like most MMOs. Legion will probably sell 10 mil and sell a month to at least 8 mil, that's a ludicrous amount of money and because of their huge install base I doubt it'll die anytime soon.
FFXIV can't compete numbers wise, they've not even had half of WoW's worst sub numbers.
PoE rakes in less cash and is, in my opinion, worse than current Diablo 3 w/ Xpac. I haven't played PoE recently but it just felt like a jankier D3.

What's the connection here between mobile games and Starcraft? Starcraft is dead as fuck, I don't know their sales numbers on Heart of the Swarm but I can't imagine it was amazing.

Diablo 3 is such a mechanically retarded game. The expansion made Diablo 3 better, but it's incredibly relative to how absolutely shit Diablo 3 was.

Can that even possibly be true? I went online just a week after LoTV launched and there were less games being played in my server then there were globally in Frozen Throne on the same day. I know because I still prefer to play WC3 over SC2. I wanted to like LoTV but it made zerg even cheesier (what I play as) and the community seems as small as ever.

Ah. That campaign thing makes sense. I know about 4 or so people who only bought it for the campaign. For SC2 I'm America's which has 9700 games being played right now. For Frozen Throne I'm East Coast, which has 690 games right now haha. So at least the numbers look much more favorable right now.
