Star Trek could handle The Darkness, frankly, The Darkness is pretty shit on the whole, no clue how it did anything with such pitiful minions.
Destiny on the other hand, I think that throwing the Iconians at The Tower would be a total wipe, again because all they fight are shitty minions and there's absolutely nothing we're shown by which to gauge The Darkness or The Traveller's power levels as anything that could really threaten a well armed force.
