If you jack off to graphics, you should prolly stay away from it. The first title is from 2001 and while Im far from a nostalgiafag, I could replay Gothic series unlimited times. Its one of the best RPGs, it literally makes Skyrim look like a bad copy of Gothic. Awesome story, cool characters, lots of weaponary and lots of quests.

Not to mention that it has an AI that easily rivals the hyped up radiant ai of bethesda. NPC's with schedules that talk to each other, chill at the campfires/play instruments/work at the forge and fucking piss in the mornings.
