I got a PS4 with a couple of games for cheap and I realize this is a tall order, but are there any games for PS4 that run in 60 FPS? Or even more, exclusive games that run in 60 FPS? I'm playing The Last of Us Remastered right now and it's pretty fun.

Extremely few new games run at 60 fps. Many run above 30 and are even listed as "60 fps” by dishonest fanboys online but are in reality a wild roller coaster ride between 40 and 50.

I'm about to go full grandpa here. I've never had a TV that could display over 720 and I've never seen a bluray. But this past thanksgiving my dad had this new 4k TV he blew a bunch of money on and we watched some sports network that supports it and a movie on bluray. It gave me that uncanny valley effect, I've never experienced that before.

Why do people actually care about framerate? Motion blur, input lag of the game, your output display lag, and frame pacing are all much more important than frames per second.
And don't say "fps affects gameplay!!" because it doesn't affect it in any perceivable way. The difference in between 30fps and 60fps is about 8ms or 1/125th of second. For comparison the fastest possible human reaction speed is 120ms, and the average is about 325ms.
Most games have around 100ms of input lag completely independent of the frame rate. Frame rate really isn't important at all.

Back in the day, the only 60fps experience I ever got was from smartphone games, so when I finally got to play a 60fps console game it reminded me of smartphone games and I thought it look cheaper than before.
Of course I realize I'm an autist mongoloid and believe all games should have 60fps when possible.
