I'm using it to scrape money for sales right now.

If i was penny scraping i would idle in them, wouldn't i? You fucking degenerate.

This card shit got included, when i finished most of them. I will get the cards, when i get bothered to play them again.
In some cases probably never again.

literally no reason to have unclaimed cards in your account, its basically free money

i used it for a while, when i realized that i didn't play 90% of games i bought (found that out from Steam Calculator) and so i idled every game, good thing i didn't need to install them or anything.

>>

PCfats don't actually play games. They talk about how great mods are all the time because they have mods that play games for them so they can get in more MOBA time.

Yep. People buy them for collections or for badges, so people usually want them. Even though a lot of people could be selling the same card, I don't have a problem selling them at list price. I used to drop a penny to sell it faster, but that just costs me a penny.
>>

At least this degenerate scum knows how to turn a dime. I can't believe some of you 17-year-old autists spend $800+ building a PC and then idle in games you didn't pirate and don't even play to make eight fucking dollars. This is the master race, folks.

>Bitcoin is far from free dipshit, it requires a shitload of processing power to get something
No it doesn't, you just mine slower.

Literally the same thing as idling for thousands of hours for pennies.
Plus this shit probably steals your data (whatever else that isn't already voluntarily given to them from you)

At which point it's not cost-efficient since you're still using about as much power.

cards are usually $0.05 after steam cut retard

All the easy money in BC has been gone for a long time.

Just wait until I roll these babies

>If you have steam guard on there is literally nothing a person can do if you give them your username and password

Actually they could if they knew your email and email password too, even if the mobile authenticator is activated they could just take a order of purchase from the email and claim ownership of the account.
>>
>>321170783
Maybe if you didn't waste money on games you don't play, you would've had more money for more games you wouldn't play anyways.

Of course

Fine fag, then have a think of this
>Idle it in the background while your computer is on anyway, e.g. you browsing 4chan like now or doing anything else that requires having the computer on

Retard, getting cards from games is the only way to get some profit out of an otherwise pointless hobby
>>
>>321179756
Yeah, no shit. Steam guard doesn't protect shit. You only need two things that should be secure as well anyway, and not related to what they already know.
That's like saying your email account isn't secure, because they only need to guess the password still.

You should really consider playing CS:GO.
I'm not particular good at it, and I don't really love the game, but in the Time I've played, I atleast got 80$ through random drops and another 200$ for playing with people in Item Trades. For the 5$ I used for the game, (plus maybe 10-15$ for keys) I think it's a pretty good haul, now that I only got it for abit more than a year and casually play it every so often.
>>
>>321180063
Its not pointless if you enjoy it. The point of jobs are to make money for your hobby, not vice versa.
>>
>>321180063
If you weren't such an insufferable autist, you could start a Youtube channel and turn a much greater profit in a matter of weeks.

But if you really need a handful of change every few weeks to justify your hobby to yourself, then maybe it's not really your hobby at all.

You sell them to buy more games you won't play.
>>
>>321180063
Even if you're just idling while doing something else, your PC is still drawing more power. I don't think you understand how electricity works. Do you pay your own bills?
>>
>>321180556
How is is drawing more power? You relise the SIM and SAM don't even need to launch the games in order to idle, yes theoritically it does increase the amount of electricity needed for your computer, but it's equivalent if not less to having a text document or skype open in the background or something.
>>
>>321180556
Yes, but that extra power is negligible compared to the cost of the cards mate.
>>
>>321172357
I solely use it for the rare game where a mod makes it so you can't use the original .exe so my hours still get logged
>>
I'd actually need to buy games on steam first.

Why would I do that?
>>
>>321180426
i don't need to justify anything, i do it because it takes zero effort and allows me to spend less on games and have more disposable income on other things like going out with friends but what would you know, autist
>>
what do you even use these useless steam bucks for?

you do know torrents are a thing
>>
>>321181861

some people like playing multiplayer, receiving patches in a timely manner, being able to easily install games anywhere they can log in, not having to worry about seeds and not having to run shady chinese botnet code on their home computers
>>
>>321182031
>receiving patches in a timely manner

fun fact

people who torrented witcher 3 got their fuck huge patches way sooner than the paying customers due to steam and the shitty GOG site being too weak to handle the traffic
>>
>>321174342
Once you collect all the cards from one game it automatically switches to the next game and you don't need to have them installed.
>>
>>321181861
Can't play multiplayer on pirated shit, esspecially now that literally fucking nothing has LAN support anymore.
