What are the stipulations. Will I be able to freely use these things or will people try to steal them from me? Will I have the appropriate skills needed to wield them? Will their be negative side effects associated with the rings or just the positive? Will I draw unwanted attention for using them or will people just leave me be while using them? Without knowing everything I'd go with the Green Lantern Ring. Easily. It'd be the most useful in real life. One, it's a multi-tool. Need a knife? A chainsaw? A hammer? The ring can do that. It's light and portable because it literally just fits on your finger. You can fly and breath in space with it. Green Lanterns are easily able to travel faster than lightspeed with it while in space and have been known to breach Mach 10 speeds while in Earthlike atmosphere. It's permanent armor while on and activated. The Green Lantern has taken hits from Darkseid with just his green glow around him. You can use it to lift anything provided your willpower is strong enough. I could move trees, houses, tanks, or whales with it.
The Green Lantern ring has the most utilitarian uses. The Wand would come close, but you'd have to remember spells and shit. The ring just literally does what you will it to do. Sure, a lightsaber would be fun and Mjolnir would be dope, but I'm not picking a toy. I'd be using this motherfucker on the daily.

I don't know anything about doctor who to know what the sonic screwdriver does at all.
The ring is iffy, because it grants the user a power based on their nature. Hobbits generally get invisibility because of their timid nature. If you had it, it could be something completely different, but if we're just going to say it just flat out gives invisibility then it'll be pretty great to have.
Lantern ring is very useful to have, it can project literally anything you can think of. Too many uses to even begin to list, but off the top of my head Hal once used it to create a hologram of Wonder Woman and another chick making out and fucking while he watched it.
The wand, assuming you can actually seriously cast spells from Harry Potter would also be incredibly useful. Levitation, endless bags, unlock anything, countless other abilities.

The sonic screwdriver is basically a universal tool that can do anything from lock/unlock doors, scan the environment for [thing], hack into computers and do all sorts of other stuff.
It doesn' work on wood though unless you don't mind waiting a thousand plus years for it to actually figure out what the fuck to do.
