Yes. all characters from previous Dissidia games will return, confirmed. However, they won't return for quite some time. The arcade version of Dissidia will release with only the main heroes of FF1 - FF14 iirc. The PS4 version (which actually hasn't been confirmed yet but its obviously happening) will likely release with the 14 corresponding villains.
