I like Shantae. But I honestly am not crying that she's not in Smash Bros. I am mad about a new FE character and fucking Cloud getting in though. And the fact that it costs $50 for all the DLC bundles.

The male archetype only really works in 3D games. People aren't that picky about male vs female in 2D games. If anything, girls work better to sell games with an anime design.

Fuck off, I loved ever since I bought it around 2003 on a whim because it had Capcom on the cart.
Fueled my love for Castlevania-like games after Adventure. It was the one game I always recomended to people and never thought would ever get a sequel. Hell Risky's revenge came out in 2009 and I didnt even know of it till after Priates curse was a thing.
I don't care about muh belly dancing genie the way those perverted fucks do. I just like a fun game that isn't some AAA Shooter or Nintendo rehash for a change. .

Hell, I like it for the humor. SatPC almost got too heavy with the fanservice for my taste, but damned if they didn't play it just right. It was part of the tongue-in-cheek nature of the series, and it was refreshing to see a game make fun of itself and others.

Besides, SatPC wasn't explosively popular or anything, not to mention it was riddled with shoddy 8-Bit Era design problems.
