How much buyers remorse do you own /v/?
You know you can permanently delete shovelware right?

I regretfully paid for some of that shovelware so I can't just throw it out.
>>321129908
Me too. That was before it was easier to get refunds on games, so I was stuck with em'
I'll never play them, so why bother having them in my library? Stop being a compulsive hoarder
>>321130245
How much does this affect refunds?
>Refunds are typically not issued for purchases that are more than 14 days old.
I have some games that are years old that I've never started and such. Would they refuse all my refunds if I sent in like 50 requests tonight?
>>321130394
Who knows. Might as well try it if you want
None, since I pirate all single player games and only spend money on online only games I know I'll enjoy.
>>321129635
I own a copy of Viscera Cleanup Detail: Shadow Warrior.
The only game I've ever regretted buying. Every other game I have has some redeeming feature somewhere. But this was/is crap.
I played 25 minutes of it and Steam won't give me a refund because I took about six months to install it before playing it. Which is fair I guess. Still and awful awful game.
>>321131330
Ah well I guess they won't refund my total war games that were played less than 2 hours that I bought like 4 years ago.
>>321131413
You can try, but I doubt it.
That's pretty much why they introduced the 24 day thing. A lot of people bulk buy during the sales and then leave the games for months before getting to them.
>>321131593
Pretty much everything was bought before the policy. I'd take it all in steam money anyway but yeah I won't get shit I bet.
>>321129635
digital gaming is one big regret, paying real money for digital nothingness
and yet I still buy into it
>>321132494
All videogames are digital, though.
>>321132671
you know what I mean friendo
>>321129635
just bought and refunded fallout 4

>>321132671
>>321129635

>>321130394
Not a single one would be approved.
>>321129635

>>321136978
>Bucket of shame
What's in it?
>>321129635
zero because i made my steam account over a year ago and im buying my first game tomorrow
>>321138058
What the fuck did you use it for then?
>>321138152
nothing
i have like 1 hour played on dota and even less on some other shitty free game, i've been torrenting all my shit up until now.
>>321130394
The time period for older than 14 day refunds has long passed. They only okay'd up to 6 months old for the first few weeks refunds were implemented.
>>321137939
ehh, started out putting some of the worst games in there but couldn't be fucked to keep updating it, only has a few games in it
I bought CSGO, played it for an hour or two and refunded it. I'll wait for a huge drop.
Most of it came in bundles.
I will not delete these games. They do not get to escape the shame of their existence that easily.
>>321139091
Got the first two years ago, but I never played it.
Didn't /v/ shill E.Y.E back in the day too?
>>321139410
I don't know what the fuck its supporters are on, but it is without a doubt one of the most boring games I have ever played.
Breath of Death VII and Cthulhu Saves The World are the original RPGmaker shit.
A lot of these games are here due to my experience with them and not because the game is inherently bad. For example, meta slug is really fun and I enjoyed it but I bought it to co-op with a buddy and it was an unplayable buggy mess that crashed.
>>321139679
>Ys Origin
but why though
yeah rip
>>321139679
>just cause 2
>risk of rain

>Hidden means remorse
I hide every single one of my games except my current Top 10. Still love em all.
>>321139787
shitty controls, unskippable prologue that I've seen a million times, and boring story. The first boss was fun but I'm not going to play just for the bosses when everything else is boring.
>>321139994
1.) Wasn't that interesting for me but multiplayer is fun
2.) Two modes - easy as fuck or impossible because lmao 2 overloading worms. That's not the main issue though, the game is a buggy mess. A consistantly buggy mess.
3.) Didn't like it, not my genre.
4.) Played it when I was younger but it's not as fun as I remembered
>>321129635
>Don't starve together
lol someone doesnt have friends
>>321140197
>shitty controls
Played it with a keyboard?
I purchased Godus........I'll never get over it
>>321139652
>Metro 2033

I'll let you off easily because of the Metro skin but damn son, git some taste.
>>321140285
Yes and I wanted to break it. I have an xbox controller somewhere but can't find it so I gave up.
>payday 2
>starbound
>torchlight 2
>dungeons defenders
>awesomenauts
>>321129635The game is shit but I enjoyed it.
>>321140679
THAT'S NOT BUYER'S REMORSE THEN, IS IT
>>321140608
I've seen Torchlight 2 show up a bunch of times.
>>321140738
TL2 is just bland and even mods have a hard time making it fun. PoE is infinitely more fun but it has its own issues
Brink
Shattered Horizon
Velvet Assassin
YS I
YS II
Most of them were pretty cheap so I'll live.
>>321140948
Sheesh. Well, thanks for the heads-up.
could be worse
>Mercenary Kings
>Invisible Inc
