Opinions on the Silent Hill series?
Needs more "town is based off of someone else's psyche", less "town is based off of MC's plot twist of forgotten memories" psyche.

The original trilogy is one of the best in survival horror.
4 is super love or hate.
Origins was okay, but the breakable weapons were stupid.
Homecoming was trash.
Shattered Memories was pretty awful. Basically Silent Hill 1 fanfiction written by the guy that wrote Her Story.

It still has some good parts in it, yes, but it's definitely a disappointment compared to the first half and really drags down the game as a whole.
