How can pic related constantly be in the top sellers list on steam? Are people still buying this seriously? It's not only been out on every platform, its not even a new game. I just feel like I can't imagine where anyone wouldn't have either owned it on some platform or not be interested in it.

Far as I remember, Top Sellers has more to do with total amount of money made, so a single copy of GTA V bought at $60 makes more than 5 copies of a $10 indie title.
Also, given the amount of hackers and smurfing fags, I wouldn't be surprised if people bought multiple copies so they can keep rotating in and out of the Bad Sport pool.
