It's A2 format, which is 420 x 594 mm (16,54 x 23,39 inch) .
Scaling it up to A1 would result in a quality loss of the print I'm afraid. At any rate, it's an acceptable size, some posters included with special editions of games etc. come in this size.
I paid around 3,80 euros for it (4,10 dollars give or take), but I did split costs with several other people since I ordered multiple copies. One copy would cost me around 9 euros, which is nearly 10 bucks. Prices vary a lot between printing services. It shouldn't set you back more than 15 dollars.
Anyway, grab the PDF in the following link. It's in CMYK at 300 DPI so it's print-ready. All you have to do is take it to a printing service, they'll do the rest.
