They do nothing. You can already craft the badge and you get nothing. Just some pretty pixels for your profile.
Just sell them asap, they'll expire anyway and their price won't rise and will plummet once everyone tries to get rid of them before they're gone

The cards are gonna be revealed. The "mystery card 1" already is santas workshop. It is a few cents more valuable than the unrevealed ones. So i believe it is better trade on the day they get revealed.
