An Elder scrolls game that fully explores all of Tamriel, to scale, and everything fits and adds to the lore perfectly. It has dice roll combat in terms of damage, but you can't miss. No level scaling. Roleplaying is easy and fun.
It isn't the conclusion to the series, so more will still come out, but it will be hard, if not impossible, to top.
Fallout 1 with modern graphics and so much dialogue and shit to do it'd take you a full year to see maybe 90% of it.

Legacy of Kain 6, written by Amy Hennig, wrapping up the story after Defiance. The game would star Kain as he attempts to restore Nosgoth and have engaging, Ninja Gaiden like combat with extensive, complex puzzles. As there would be no need to imbue the Reaver following Defiance, the game would instead be set in a semi-open world (kinda like Dark Souls, I guess) and the puzzles would serve as story progression as well as unlocking various powers for Kain personally that would open up various areas in the world, including many optional places, kind of like a Metroidvania.
I imagine you would be able to travel freely between time periods and this would change the landscape drastically. Not quite the same as moving between realms in Soul Reaver as you'd still use the Chrono chambers and the entire world would change but you could unlock different things in different periods. Very little if anything would be a simple "use skill to open gate" and instead would require at least some puzzle solving, similar to the Glyphs in SR1.

A space exploration game with infinite detailed universes. I want to basically just do whatever, whenever. It can have some kind of in-depth karma system that slowly progresses, so once you play for many, many hours, you gain access to different main quests depending on your karma. You aren't forced into doing them, they're just there if you'd like to end your story since there's literally infinite shit to do.
