I mean, it technically has lots, but it has worked damn hard to make it completely obsolete, trivial and worthless. Sure, you could go to SWP but with max level character you'd have to try to get yourself killed and even if you hypothetically got a group of 70s together, new talents and other mechanics changes make it just as worthless (downing Felmyst before she has even a chance to go to P2 and wipe the unimaginable shitters that your group consists of with the MC breath etc.)

Well, that's pretty much expected with removal of class interdependency (even ignoring dualspec, tank specs are as good if not better in solo content so there isn't anything steering people away from them, particularly when tanking is essentially just DPSing while gaining benefits from being hit).
Then again, this largely applies to dungeon content. Ideally, guilds would always have put their most reliable players as tanks (because there's fewer tank spots and as such losing a tank player is more difficult to recover from) and are subsequently unlikely to need replacements or even backups.
