It's more about the people who make it, really. Like most chain coffee places or fast food coffee is overly bitter and often sat out for far too long so you end up with an unsatisfactory brew. If you, instead, buy your own with a decent brand standing behind it, Gevalia for instance, you can do it yourself in small batches for a substantially better tasting cup.
I can understand your situation, though, ain't no one want to make coffee that early in the morning.

I use a custom key map because I have freakishly large hands and WASD isn't an option. I liked the game until I found out it had a number of keys that can't be remapped.
