III on the other hand was total ass
It was my favorite for sure, nothing beats buying a fuck ton of save houses, and they completely fucked that up in 4

Biggest problem with 4 was that there was no way to spend your money. They should have added a chance to buy cars/safehouses on the internet, instead of using it just for jokes/dating.
